As a farm client service manager in a chartered accountants firm, Fabrice Cautard joined the Alteor Transaction team in 2011. He is a skilled negotiator, he successfully advises vendors and and purchasers in his geographical area :  East Morbihan,  West of the Loire-Atlantique and South of Ile et Vilaine.

Laure Leroy-Marquet

Laure Marquet joined Alteor Transaction in 2012. She is the initial contact for farmers who contact  Alteor Transaction. She examines their needs and selects suitable farms. She puts sellers and buyers in touch. She is located at Pontivy.

Emilien Mondher

Emilien Mondher studied management and legal studies in the farm sector (Agricadre in the ESA at Angers).  He joined the Alteor Transaction team in 2012. He is located at the Rheu office. He is in charge of the following geographical sectors :  Ille et Vilaine, Southern Manche and  Mayenne.

For 10 years, Nicolas Morry has guided the entrepreneurs in their company creation. He worked in a chartered accountants firm. He perfectly knows the Finistère since he was in charge of this geographical area. He has joined the Altéor Transaction team in 2015 and is in charge of the farm negotiations in the Finistère.

He is a legal adviser specialized in farm law, corporation and business law. He practiced in a chartered accountants firm, then in a legal office. He joined Alteor Transaction in 2013. He is in charge of the following geographical sectors: Loire-Atlantique,  Maine et Loire and Northern Vendée.

Jean-Luc Lotout

Accountant then consultant in a chartered accountants firm for more than 20 years, Jean-Luc Lotout joined the Alteor Transaction team in 2009. He is in charge of farm negotiations in the Côtes d’Armor and Finistère departments. He is particularly specialized in technical, legal, tax and financial fields.

Alain Rety

He also comes from a chartered accountants firm. Having worked as an accountant, then consultant, he joined Alteor Transaction in 2009. Based in Pontivy, he is the specialist in  farm transactions in West Morbihan and in South Finistère.

With 10 years of experience as a real estate advisor in an agency specialized in agriculture, viticulture and forestry in the Vienne department, Guillaume ACHARD joined the Alteor Transaction team in 2015. In charge of the agricultural negotiations in the Vienne and Deux-Sèvres departments, he is very familiar with his business area.
