He is in charge of farm negotiations in the Côtes d’Armor and Finistère departments. He is particularly specialized in technical, legal, tax and financial fields.
He also comes from a chartered accountants firm. Having worked as an accountant, then consultant, he joined Alteor Transaction in 2009. Based in Pontivy, he is the specialist in farm transactions in West Morbihan and in South Finistère.
With 10 years of experience as a real estate advisor in an agency specialized in agriculture, viticulture and forestry in the Vienne department, Guillaume ACHARD joined the Alteor Transaction team in 2015. In charge of the agricultural negotiations in the Vienne and Deux-Sèvres departments, he is very familiar with his business area. Guillaume ACHARD offers you his experience and his skills in technical and legal expertise.
