Alteor Transaction offers you this farm oriented towards both breeding and energy production. The animal part is made up of two off-ground workshops: label and standard poultry (total of approximately 3500sqm) and veal calves (440 places authorized). The buildings are mostly in good condition, functional and well maintained. Concerning energy, the farm has very recent solar panels with a total power of 460 KWp. To this is added a complete methanization unit of 200 KW electric / 250 KW Thermal which includes pits, a fermenter, a post fermenter, storage platforms, motors, etc. The recovered heat is used to heat the buildings breeding and the dwelling house. Energy production is governed by contracts guaranteeing resale prices over time. The equipment present on the farm must also be taken back. All of these activities are based on a grouped surface area of 90 hectares. A large dwelling house with outbuildings completes the ensemble.
